I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book. It was a very easy read. It is a wonderful, fresh take on Angels and Fallen Angels. Cami is a very down to earth teenager. She has her priorities straight, focusing on her future. I found her family dynamics to be a little crazy; her mom is a drunk, her dad is always working, and her sister is a party girl. I liked that her girlfriends stood by her and didn't pressure her to be someone she's not. I thought it was funny how she tried to steer clear of relationships and ended up having dates with two boys, Earl and Jason. Earl is the dark, mysterious new boy in school. Jason is an Angel sent to protect Cami. The author left me with a lot of questions. What is Cami's purpose? Why can she see Angels? Are Cami and Jason meant to be together? I can't wait for the next book.
